Cookie & Storage Policy

Provelt uses browser storage only for functions strictly necessary to run the Service. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile you.

Strictly necessary storage

• Auth session — encrypted session token stored by the Supabase JavaScript client so you stay signed in.
• Theme preference (proveit_theme) — remembers your light / dark choice.
• Language preference (i18nextLng) — remembers your chosen interface language.
• Trusted-device fingerprint — a random per-device id used to skip the new-device liveness check after you approve a device.

Error monitoring

We use Sentry to detect and diagnose crashes. Payloads are scrubbed client-side to remove emails, phone numbers, and JWTs before being sent. IP addresses are truncated. No cross-site profiling.

Payments

Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention when you enter payment details. See stripe.com/privacy.

Your controls

You can clear browser storage at any time. Doing so will sign you out and require re-verification on next sign-in from that device.
